	Please Note: The new building will provide us with much needed space to display more boats and up to 10 pontoons inside the showroom. It will also include a much larger service department. It will have room to have up to seven boats inside the service department at one time. It also incorporates a large covered area out side of two south facing service doors. We expect to be able to process more service boats in a shorter period of time then previously. Our goal had been to have this building operational for the spring season but due to delays it did not happen. Currently we are planning on being in the building by June 1, 2006. Due to code requirements the actual floor plan has changed some from the view seen in the “Inside floor plan view”. Please email us if you comments. email
